The residential component of MAB's award winning University Hill development is SOLD OUT!

In July 2009, University Hill welcomed its first residents into the successful Florey Apartments development overlooking the wetlands area. In 2010 MAB also completed the Lochmore Apartments.

All 55 of the luxurious Princeton Rise homes have also SOLD OUT. Stage One comprised 27 houses and is almost complete while Stage Two comprising the remaining 28 homes will be complete in April 2011.
